Contact Entry
TOP PRODUCER gives you two ways of entering contact information. The
Detailed contact entry window lets you enter virtually any imaginable
detail associated with your prospects, including information about their
family and any properties they own. The Quick contact entry window has
been specifically designed to let you enter only the most essential
information with a minimum of effort. It is particularly useful for
entering the brief profiles typical of ad calls, people you meet at open
houses and other casual contacts.
Contact Record
TOP PRODUCER includes the most complete and powerful contact management
and prospecting window in the business. TOP PRODUCER lets you quickly and
easily store details, set reminder dates, write letters, auto-dial the
phone, send e-mails and instantly access all related files for the contact
with a single click. It even lets you store an unlimited number of
addresses for each contact, and turn the mail on or off to any of the
addresses as appropriate. This feature is helpful where co-owners reside
at separate addresses, such as partnerships and divorces. In addition, TOP
PRODUCER includes a Contact history feature that automatically records all
your completed and attempted calls, listing and closing status reports,
and maintains a copy of every letter, postcard and e-mail sent to each
contact. This gives you a detailed history of all your activities, where
each item can be easily retrieved and reviewed at your convienence.
Store Unlimited Contact Data and
Property Photos
TOP PRODUCER allows you to store an unlimited number of contact
and property photos and gives you exciting marketing capabilities
as well. Each photo stored can be assigned a specific merge code.
The merge codes let you create multi-photo feature sheets with a
single click. Photos may be compressed to 5% of their original
size, saving valuable hard drive space.

Action Plans
TOP PRODUCER's Action planner lets you assign an appropriate Action
plan to each prospect. Each plan can contain a series of pre-written
letters, postcards, e-mails, follow-up calls, to-do's and appointments
scheduled on an automatic, time-release basis. TOP PRODUCER's Plans
manager displays the titles of all Action plans currently in use for the
contact and allows you to stop individual plans as required. You can also
easily custom create your own plans by modifying existing plans thanks to
a convenient Copy plan command. Individual items in your plans can be
assigned to team members and will automatically turn up on that member's
Today's business screen only.
Dialing For Dollars
Designed to assist the high volume phone calling performed by top
agents, TOP PRODUCER's auto-dialing feature benefits everyone. Whether you

custom-engineered to let you perform the three key follow-up steps

Active List
The Active list button lets you instantly jump to any record in
the list you’re working on. Say you are making scheduled calls.
You call Mrs. Jones because she said she will be deciding if she is
going to list today, but there is no answer. An hour later, Mrs.
Jones comes to mind again. Click the Active list button, click on
Mrs. Jones and her record is instantly displayed.

Buyer and Seller Matching
TOP PRODUCER lets you match buyers and sellers quickly and efficiently
with the Match buyers and Match sellers buttons. All you have to do is
enter a prospect’s profile into the Present/future home screen and click
the Match button. TOP PRODUCER will find and display every contact
you’ve ever entered that matches the profile. Matching prospects are
displayed in order of closest match with your criteria. The match window
also allows you to auto-dial calls and target letters, postcards and
e-mails at your potential prospect matches. This sophisticated feature
maximizes your chances of a sale in every situation.
Referrals Builder™
The Referrals Builder gives you a proven system for managing,
and more importantly, building your referral business. This
feature is based on a system used by an agent who earns in excess
of $1,000,000 a year in residential resales, 90% of which are
referrals! The Referrals Builder can be used to dramatically
increase your effectiveness with personal contacts and with other
real estate agents. Features include:
- A Top sources window that displays all your referral
partners and lists them in order of who sent you the most
referrals, or whose referrals have made you the most money.
This enables you to focus on encouraging and rewarding your
most productive contacts
- A Send mail feature in the Top sources window that lets you
target mail directly at your top sources of referrals. Use
